I was a long-time HP guy. Right out of college and then 19 years; 13 of them were spent working on the HP3000. Since 2000 HP has been shedding people the way a dog shakes water off after a swim. Early retirement enticements abound and more of my cohort is taking HP up on the offer. This year another batch decided to leave.
Thanks to Mike Paivinen for organizing the event. Lots of old faces [pun intended] showed up. Here's the photographic evidence. (If I got a caption wrong, or if you don't want to be seen here, just send me an email...)
