Halloween 2007

Eeek-o-ween

Once again we had a fantastic Halloween party because so many good friends showed up to celebrate.

I tried the Cook's Illustrated Coq au Vin recipe and it was spectacular. Even Diane gave it a thumb's up. Of course with all that bacon and butter and wine, how could it go wrong?

I was in theme as Donatello (a Ninja turtle) that had choked to death on a plastic six pack retainer. Turns out none of today's youth know what a Ninja turtle is. Sigh.

Good conversation. Leftovers are always good the next day.
